One bar is such a great fuel and protein, no sugar love it
The one bars have some fantastic flavours and if you’re diabetic you just can’t beat this for a great protein bar in the car for breakfast or if you want to grab it for your lunch I have to say I wish they were more affordable because I do find them to be a bit of an indulgence but worth the indulgence I once you get into them I wouldn’t mind being a tester for these guys because as a diabetic they are a phenomenal snack

Love these!
Love ONE protein bars. I’ve tried the Donut, the chocolate chip, and the chocolate almond flavors and they are all super tasty. I think the chocolate almond bliss is my favorite one. The texture is good, but be aware that the chocolate on these WILL melt if you keep it in a hot space. Perfect for a quick bite on the way out of the house!

食べれるけど・・・
正直、美味しいか！？と言われると、通常のこの手のスイーツに比べると淡白な味？甘さがしっかりして、見た目のボリュームもあってか、ダイエットの置き換えとしては満足のバー。 仕事が忙しい時の間食にももってこいです。 しっかりとココナッツとアーモンドの味は感じられますが、甘党の私でも、ちょうどいい甘さなので、甘さが苦手な人には微妙かな？
