We ordered the 27-34, but received the 35-41. It was at least 10 inches too long, but the vendor is nice enough to include with these belts, an hole punch along with directions for shortening their belts. Life goes on. We still like the belt very much and would recommend it to friends.UPDATE: I cut the belt just a wee bit shorter than I would have liked to, so I'm offering advice that I have thought of after the fact. If the belt is too long, have the wearer put it on, put a mark where you'd like the tail to end, and then measure the distance from that mark to the end of the belt. This measurement will tell you exactly how much to cut off the buckle-end of the belt to end up with the tail length you'd like to have.

I love this belt. It is the perfect size, as described in the post, appears to be genuine leather, and still a fun "girly" design. The best part was it came with directions on how to cut the belt if it is too long, and a punch to add extra holes if needed. Great product!

This belt has a good width and it holds up my pants just fine, but that's really all the good I can say about it. It comes so long and I really don't know what I'm doing when it comes to cutting it even though they give directions and a little tool to do so, so I have avoided cutting it and also avoided wearing it because it's so long. It is so stiff and it's nearly impossible to get it through the loop of the belt as well as the loop of my jeans. It adds an extra 2 minutes to my bathroom trips just because it takes that long to finally get it in place. I would not recommend this belt, personally.

I bought according to the size chart but the belt is longer than I expected so I’ll have to cut it down. Ions problem is that the inside edges are a little sharp, and as the belt is wide enough to reach the top of my jeans as they fold and bend during the day, those edges scrape my skin. It’s not painful but extremely annoying and makes me hyper aware of the belt. I’m hoping that over time those edges will soften. I might also see what I can do to encourage softening myself because it’s a good belt and I’d like to keep it.
