Item is good. It is completely in liquid form, not a gel form.

Hand sanitizer without pump
Quality is not possible to comment. But surely the bottle shown on picture has a pump but in reality does not have , but a screw type cover, very inconvenient to use. Misleading by paying ₹250/- you get an inconvenient sanitizer.
