Purchased this in Nov, 2016. 500 count size..Been using this product continuously since that date. FYI: 1 capsule of 200mg = 2 cups of Coffee.Prior to purchase: I was looking for something more cost economical and long lasting vs coffee and energy drinks. First off, I'm male, 5'9" 30's and weight 180lbs~ and have a mid- moderate/high tolerance to caffeine. Sodas like coca cola did nothing for me caffeine wise. I've tried various Teas, 5 hour energy, Monster which had no effect on me. NOS, Rockstar, Red bull, and coffees worked but caused me to crash mid day 4-5 hours in. If your tolerance is lower u may want the 100 mg capsules. I prior to taking this, had problems staying asleep so i can't comment whether this will give you insomnia, however because I only take this product in the morning when i wake up it should not be a factor because the therapeutic effects should have worn off by then.First impressions:I took 1 capsule after waking up and noticed the effects occur about 20-30min post ingestion. Fatigue gradually lifted, there was no headaches, which some people swear they need to feel to know its working. No bowel movement associated with coffee. I went to work and the duration lasted 12~ hours; no crash, minimal fatigue and excess energy. As an experiment, I took one on a day off an lounged around the majority of the day. Some how prior to the effects kicking in, i managed to fall back asleep and woke up suddenly wide eyed noting that my body temperature was elevated and heart rate slightly increased. I quickly started rapidly walking around burning off excess energy till my heart rate returned to normal (couple minutes).At 1-3 Month:Initial impressions are still valid..I stopped taking them on days off and noticed I slept much more to rebalance the missed sleep equilibrium.I've noticed that I was awake but this did not really affect focus beyond the norm. I noticed minimal Fatigue from time to time after mentally trying days. Told my friends I was on these and gave one of them some to try out; he reported they worked well too.6 month-1yrMost days the product was enough as indicated. Yet Day after day of work, Some days were trying. I Noticed sometimes I would some times go into an Automatic Mode like Adam Sander did from that movie Click. I was awake to just do what was required of me (general indifference). I started bringing a back up coffee just in case with me. On a couple of my days off, I slept 6+ hours to make up lost sleep.Today 04/26/2018 IE (1.5yr~)I still take 1 in the morning. Sometimes i top it off with some coffee, or in the afternoon. The 12 hour effects/ excess energy are still there. I have not experience any negative side effects since that initial experiment. I personally think I'm missing sleep which is causing my primary problems and this capsule can only negate so much before it seems like its not working.. I don't think my tolerance to caffeine has increased. Most of the time 85% these are still enough to get me through the day. Looking back, sometimes I wish I had tablets so I could take half a tablet instead of the full dosage, but these are capsules so i can't do that.Pros: No Headaches, Works 12 hours+, No crash, Cheap $0.035/capsule. Negates missed sleep. Excess energy. Get Stuff Done!Cons: Wakes you up but minimal effect on Focus beyond awake alertness. Capsules can't be cut in half like tablets. Negative stereotypes regarding pep pills.. Insomnia?? idk..I'd still recommend these, they work and the side effects are minimal..

These pills are an amazing, cost effective and clean caffeine source. They have no taste or side effects other than a great energy boost after 20 minutes or so. The first few uses can be jarring at how much caffeine you’re taking at once but after almost 2 years I take one each morning and feel great for the day without needing coffee or sugary energy drinks.

I used these pills as a cheap alternative to coffee, while attending law school. Do not take on an empty stomach, or you may get light-headed or nauseous. "Your Starbucks order just cost more than than I spent on coffee during 3 years of law school"absolute bargain of a product, but again use with common sense. caffeine addictions are real and very potentially harmful.I would give a 5 star review, but believe 200mg is too large of a dose, would rather have 500, 100mg pills.

This is easily one of the best products I have purchased on Amazon. The price per capsule is great and essentially makes purchasing the brands available at Walmart or Target irrelevant. I really enjoy the fact that they are in capsules. It's a subtle difference from the regular compressed pill form you more typically see. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave a bitter after taste in your mouth. They also don't upset my stomach when I take them first thing in the morning.

I wanted to come off red bulls and try a slightly healthier alternative, which was these, and I feel like they work fine BUT keep in mind these are NOT going to give you the zoomies like a red bull or other energy drink will, its only caffiene, it doesn't have the vitamins, sugar, or taurine stuff. I have not experienced any jitter personally, I take 2 every morning which is 400mg, the max recommended in a 24 hour period, and I just feel... okay? Not zooming but not yawning and tired either.

ditch the overpriced and gimmicky pre-workouts sugary plus acidic energy drinks and just order these 200mg caffeine pills for 1/10th of the price of the aforementioned products. Celsius and most energy drinks contain 200mg of caffeine so you’re getting the same amount of caffeine at a fraction of the cost and these are 3rd party tested. the main ingredient for any pre-workout is caffeine, anything else added is usually gimmicky and the science to back up the other ingredients is almost non existent. Easiest choice i’ve made regarding caffeine and energy
