Most temperamental scanner ever
We use these scanners at work daily and literally have 5 sitting on a desk acting as paperweights. We’ve gone through that many in about 8 months. Any little issue and the scanner no longer communicates with the head. You’d think you can just reprogram a new head to it but nope, you need a whole other $3000+ scanner.Save your time and money and get the autel, so much easier to use and troubleshoot
