The best bicep pump I've ever gotten. I have a rotator cuff injury in my right shoulder and I'm limited in the amount of weight I can curl these days. These arm wraps make an unreal difference in your workout. You can use much less weight and put less stress on your joints while getting an amazing workout. They seem to be made very well and they're comfortable. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I have not been paid or sent the product for free, this is a legit review.

Comfortable and better than the more pricy one

What can I say, it’s just straps with Velcro so not a lot to say here but I will say the straps are not comfortable and the buckle pinches your skin during curls. The strap could have been made from a more cushiony material. The strap is just too rough feeling and is not comfortable to wear when working out.

The bands are well built. I had use them like 3 times since I purchased them. Something that I noticed is that the numbers are not aligned. As can be noticed in the pictures, there is a difference of around 1/2 inch between the bands.

I switched to these after one of the buckles of both the elastic wide and narrow straps I had busted. These are very easy and quick to apply and remove, the Velcro holds very well, and it gets a tight fit without any need to fidget with it once you have it in place. Every upper body exerciseive thrown at them hasn't made them shift. The only times I've had to mess with them is when I'm taking them off.There are some things to be aware of though. These straps have some edge to them when you first get them, but that goes away. You shouldn't expect to occlude your delts if you've build some size there because of the straps size and rigidity. These straps also reminded me that it was time to tame the underarm hair, which solved the problem of tugging I experienced. Still definitely recommend.

I wear these during the day at work under my shirt.

These are good and they do work as expected but the strap edges itself once they're put on cut into your skin. They need some kind of rubber for underneath and outside edges so it won't cut you
