These are superior. I liked them so much, I came back and bought the black ones. To answer most of your thoughts and questions, these fit on almost all the clippers that your purple Andis magnetic guards won't work on. Very good quality and the magnets lock on tight and never come off unless you want them to be removed.

As soon as I opened the packaging I knew these would be better than the standard Wahl clippers and many of these other 3rd party Wahl system clipper guards. The magnetic grip feels nice, sturdy with a reliable click each time you put them on or take them off. You'll never have to worry about plastic degrading or a metal hinge piece bending out of shape and making the guard loose. The only thing I question is whether the nice painted details will stay on as I clean my guards fairly often with dish soap. I'll update my comment if it does come off, but the rating will stay a 5 star review regardless.

I use these on several clippers and they are amazing. They don't move at all, strong magnets.

If you bought the gamma booster clippers these are the same quality as the ones that come with the clippers. They are very good quality but why buy them twice if you already have them? I assumed they were gonna pull the same stuff most clipper brands do and give me bad quality stock guards but they gave very good ones. Overall, if you bought or are going to buy these because you think your stock guards on your gamma boosted clippers are gonna be bad, don’t do it. You will already have them with your clippers.

The 0 and #1 guard are a little off in measurements compared to other guards so it takes some extra work to remove lines especially on certain clients. The plastic quality seems to be nice and durable but I'd like a slightly stronger magnet. Overall they get the job done and if you like the purple andis guards but they don't fit your other clippers, these are a good alternative!

If you’re a fan of the double magnet purple guards, these guards perfect!Only con I got is that they don’t have the 7 & 8 guards. But that’s not a problem.
