Works great, easy to switch from overhead to handheld, came with extra filters, water feels great, easy to assemble, serving it’s purpose well! I love all the settings on both the overhead and handheld pieces. I’m impressed, so much so that I ordered a 2nd one for our sons bathroom.

This was a really nice fine. I initially bought it because I felt that the water was doing damage to my hair. I got this and once I figured out the instructions, it was remarkably easy to install.The instructions themselves were kind of all over the place so I followed the video in the review to clear up some parts.Once I got the shower head up and running, it was smooth sailing. The filtered water feels different and my skin feels a lot less stripped when I shower. The shower head works amazing well and has a lot of pressure. Perfect for washing my hair.

Happy to find out it came with plumbing tape and an extra filter. It’s been almost a month, I believe and I have had no issues or leaks and my hair and skin are feeling great. As for the assembly I believe it was easy, I had someone do it for me. No complaints

This showerhead is an excellent value at $45, but the included filter is low quality and does not effectively remove chlorine from tap water. I did not need a filter anyways so this didn't matter to me.The materials used are excellent. The diverter valve is all brass with a smooth ceramic cartridge. The rain shower and hose are made of stainless steel and brass. The wall hanger and hand shower are plastic, but the quality feels nice.The self-adhesive hand shower mount sticks well to smooth tile, but I would purchase a different one if you have rough surfaces in your shower. Try not to place it over any grout lines and make sure to clean the surface well first! I waited until the next day before using my shower.Installation is easy and a wrench is included although I did not use it since I have my own tools.Someone with no plumbing experience should have no trouble installing this. The biggest challenge for a beginner would be removing the old showerhead as they can sometimes be stuck.Overall, this is an excellent product for $45 and is perfect for renters or anyone who cannot or doesn't want to drill holes in the wall or make permanent plumbing changes.

Very happy with the easy installation and the quality.

I was looking for a shower head that could cover a spacious radius and could feel soothing, and i was debating between the square and this one, and i decided to go with this one. So glad I did, aside from that it looks very good the pressure is perfect, not too strong not too soft. The water feels like a nice rain so smooth and soothing, especially for hot showers. I really love it. And my husband who likes it with a little more pressure he uses the hand shower. Which for being a sticker to the wall it holds it strongly and good aesthetics.

So the rain head deserves 5 stars, but the hand held deserves 1 star. Here’s how it breaks down:Pros:The rain shower head is fully adjustable and has soft outlet ‘nubs’ that are way to clean with just your fingertips. The pressure is light, but yet strong enough to wash my hair with. At first I didn’t think it was going to be strong enough for my hair as it grows out, but I had my daughter try it and she has very long, thick hair. She too thought the pressure was good enough to wash her hair despite being so soft. The softener that came with it is identical to one I’ve used for years and really makes a difference. If you color your hair and have hard water, you really need this softener attachment! It helps keep your hair color from fading!The cons:The hand held shower head has adequate spray, but not a lot of settings, or not the right settings. You can have the outside sprayers or the inside sprayers, but not both at the same time, which is important for me as I like a full spray without holes in it. The major con to the hand held though is that the house broke on the second use. The silver twisty rings on the hose broke just past the end that attaches to the shower head, like an old phone cord that stretches, see attached photo. Except the hose rings are not supposed to separate and stretch. This led to water spraying out full blast from the broken area on the hose and making it useless. Hopefully I can replace the hose, but I’m not holding my breath. I may just buy a separate handheld since I want that happy with the spray options.

The first one i bought has been going for 3 years now. I gifted another to a friend and she loves it.
