Molecule Women's Himalayan Hipsters Low Rise Flared Cargo Pants

Molecule Himalayan cargo pants are the best cargo pants I've ever had. I am not a fan of skinny legs fashion, so these are perfect for me. I love that they are wide leg and low rise. Material that they are made of is a very good quality and they are professionally tailored. They will last, for sure. I also love the green colour. It is authentic military green. They are full of pockets, what is very useful. I am 124 lbs, 5'8" and size M is perfect length. They are a little bit looser around my hips, but I like it. I will be buying them in another colour too.

To start out, I am 5'1, 120lbs. I ordered both the 0/XS(Tag S) and the 2/S (Tag M), because I wanted to make sure I got something that fit, if possible. Both pairs came, and they both fit:The 0/XS fits very snugly around the waist, giving me a tiny bit of a muffin top, but not too badly. The butt part was tight, but not too tight, and the space between the waistband down to the crotch was good (it does slide down for a bit off the plumbers crack when I crouch down though, unfortunately). Fit around the thighs was perfect, and the length was exactly what I wanted.The 2/S was looser, not tight at all around the waist (I actually need to wear a belt if I don't want it sliding down, but it lies flat and looks good), and a good tightness around the butt and thighs, although the space between the waistband and crotch was just a tad longer than I prefer, and the length down to my feet was a bit ridiculous (I am going to have to hem them).I kept both pairs, because neither of the sizes fit absolutely perfectly, but they are much, much better for my size (being petite and short) than other brands I've bought. Both sizes have nice, big pockets, both the cargo pockets above the knee on the side, and the upper pockets right below the waistband.They do shrink slightly in the wash, and I've only worn the one pair once, but they are NOT soft! I almost feel like my thighs are going to have to build up a callus, if they don't soften up from wearing/washing. I'm hopeful this is an indication that they are going to be sturdy and durable, but I guess we will see.Overall, I do recommend these for smaller people who like low rise, non-skinny pants, with usable pockets.

I LOVE these pants!! As others have stated, these are really great pants despite the confusing sizes. About that.... I hope this will help someone else who's questioning which size to get.I feel that these pants are true to size based on the the US size and flatbelt listed on the Molecule size chart but run a bit smaller than the measurements listed.For reference:I am 5’6’’ 125lbs., US size 2-4 in popular brands (Gap, ON, Lucky, etc), Waist 27, Hip 37, Flatbelt on my favorite jeans 15.5-16”.According to those numbers, I am closest to a size medium. However, between the reviews that these pants run small and the company's description as tight fitting, I decided to size up.I ordered the large. Big mistake...about 2 inches too big! I could pull them on and off without undoing the button/zipper. I would guess the Large to be a pretty accurate US size 6.I returned them for a Medium which is a perfect fit. They are low waisted as described but not especially tight. I ordered the Coal Black and the medium fits exactly like the black pants in the photo. Not tight, not baggy, they just fit and are comfy. They are a little long, just as shown in the photo.Anne at Molecule was lovely to deal with, prompt, and understanding of the situation. My exchange was handled without any problems. I would recommend this company and this product.

The pants looked great however they do not fit to size what so ever! Super tight in the thigh area. I’d say go up a size!

Actually, these fit according to description. The problem is that for a given waist size the waist was so low that they could not be worn by an older body! They are very well constructed; fine craftsmanship. The fabric looks durable with a soft hand. It was with disappointment I had to return these. The company is very responsive and helpful with the return. If you are a younger woman with a slim build, they would look fantastic and would be absolutely worth trying. So many new pants are poorly made and poorly designed. These are top quality ... just need to match your physique. Not all waists are the same. Not all butts are the same. Etc.

I don't know why its so hard to find cute women's cargo pants. I have traversed the internet for at least an hour and a half, granted, I'm at the office and getting paid to do it. Anyway, I ran across these, and while I was attempting to find some that were a little cheaper than the listed price, I decided to buy them anyway. I definitely got what I paid for. These are very well made and I can tell they will hold up for a long time. Love the style, they sit low on the hips and fit nicely through the butt & thighs. They're a medium-heavy weight. I live in Louisiana and while I can definitely wear these in the winter, they're light enough and loose enough to be comfortable in the summer too. We have very humid summers here, so wearing tight jeans/pants can be miserable. These cargo pants will be perfect for summer days that I want to wear pants. Will definitely buy more.

i love these pants. they are super cute and comfy while also being very durable. i can wear them dressed up or down. they are very cute with just a tee. they were way too long but once i got them hemmed they were perfect, the fit is very nice. they ride low on my hips which i love. it is hard to find khakis for girls that do not look frumpy but these are perfect for me. i am 5'4" and 120 lbs and the small fit perfect.

The pants themselves are lovely and well made. Despite the fact that my measurements fall within the ones provided by the company, these pants are way too small, even at the largest size. I make costumes for a living so I KNOW how to take measurements. It's not an error on my part.Alas, I guess a size 10 or so is too huge for these pants. And they were exactly what I wanted....
