How long is the power cord, how long is the filler?

The cord is about 9 ft, and the filler is about 2 1/2 feet.

sometimes my tire pressure increases by itself when I go on a long rides so my question is if i need 33psi but my tires have 35 so how i can take out

Tire pressure increases with heat - and tires heat up when rolling. 33 psi is a cold tire pressure - only check tire pressure when the vehicle hasn't been driven for several hours. 35 psi is not high pressure - you should be more concerned with your driving instead of two psi increase in your tire pressure.

Does this have a wall outlet plug also?

It requires 12v DC 10 AMP from your vehicle, but not home AC outlet. Do not suggest to use any AC to DC converts.

How do you turn on the flash light. I just received my unit, which has a yellow power switch, not the black one that has 3 positions?

The printed instructions have a numbered diagram...#5 is the Flashlight/Power Switch. When plugged-in, the light should come on and stay on when the Power Switch is on.
