Pc came in perfect condition. The 2.0 wireless adapter kinda cut out with my wifi but later found out it was a problem with my isp. Tested on high demanding game like warzone. Download time with Ethernet connection 4 hours. With a bit lower settings on a 1080p monitor, I was getting a consistent 50-70 fps throughout the game. Gpu and cpu were heating up a bit while I was playing, but can’t really expect much from a stick cooler so expect to upgrade that in the near future if you purchase this pc. Overall I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and for the price it is definitely worth it!

My son saved his money for a long time to buy this gaming pc. He was so excited when he finally got it. It worked great for the first 1 1/2 months and then got stuck in a reboot loop. Had to reinstall windows. This happened again 2 weeks later. Because it was outside of the 30 day warranty, the company charged me $50 to return it for repair and then charged for the replacement parts. Only the labor is covered under the 1 year warranty. Not worth it

Claimed to be VR capable, the graphics card will not support the oculus quest 2, requires a better card. Which is disappointing considering that was the determination is purchasing this one.Also the hard drive is quite loud and noisy, the led button does nothing to change the colors of the fans, they are stuck on rainbow. They also are all facing the same direction, not proper air flow. The case also came with two cracks, one on the front plexiglass and in the top corner of the actual case.

Description says 2TB hdd, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, 16 GB of RAM, Intel i5-4570 (3.8 GHz Turbo). What I received was 1TB hdd, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, 8GB of RAM, Intel i5-4590 (3.30 GHz Turbo). I reached out to ViprTech regarding these issues. They asked me to send it back. Gave me instructions on how to send it back. These instructions requested I send it back with more and better padding than it came with. I followed the instructions and eventually received the exact same tower with the same 1TB hdd and Intel i5-4590 (3.30 GHz Turbo). Same serial numbers were on them in device information. The graphics card and memory were replaced with what they should be, but this still was not my order. Also how it was shipped to me was with less padding than the original shipment. I reached out to ViprTech again about still not getting what I ordered. They refused to respond via email and calling ViprTech was equally as futile. I had to contact Amazon and return the product to them to get a refund. I would suggest no one do business with ViprTech

We had to send my son's in for repair within a couple of months of buying. We had to pay $45 to ship both ways and now to get the machine back I have to pay $155 for parts! He hasn't even had the computer on his desk that long! This is ridiculous! The warranty only covers the labor?!

Everything the PC was supposed to have inside was correct for the most part. . However, the pc shows 6 fans that light up... Mine has only 4 fans and 3 light up. the last complaint is the PC case is 100% different than the one in the picture... I am not a very picky person but when I buy something online I would like for it to look like the picture that sold me in the first place. I do feel a little cheated.

Low quality everything in the PC was cheap and the windows software install wasn't the original was one of the free version one. This PC was a cheap build not even worth the price I pay for it.. I finish paying more then double to build a better Gaming PC don't buy this you will waste your money....

I tried to contact them about the broken sound card but I never heard back. Be careful.
