Decepcionada con el producto. De un cuchillo Wüsthof se espera robustez y, al menos, filo. Este cuchillito es una lámina delicada ¡Y NO TIENE FILO! Devolverlo es un problema porque Amazon no cubre el gasto del envío y ya habremos pagado el costo para recibirlo. NO recomendable.

Perfect identical
we had the exact knife for years and then my spouse decided to use it as a tool rather than a knife and broke the tip of knife off and broke the edge of the blade. I was happy to find this exact replacement. It is very sharp and well worth the money to purchase it. the handle could be a little small for larger hands, but we prefer this for maximum moveable for small deliberate cuts.
