I love using it, but now I don't hear the ringtone when a skype call is coming in.** A: You should be able to do this easily using the "Ring on additional device" setting In Skype -- it makes incoming calls ring on multiple audio devices, for when you have both a headset (i.e. this handset) and speaker connected. **Q: Will this work with Lync?** A: The Manufacture respond Microsoft Lync supports USB Audio device, then Skype phone should work. ( We did not actual test ) **Q: Does it work with Google Hangout Chrome extension?** A: Sorry to say I have not used this product with that application, I would think if other USB devices work this would too. **Q: Anyone know if this handset will work with on a PC based Mitel MiVoice IP console?** A: We did not test Mitel MiVoice on Digitus phone set.
