These frames are very well made. They are sturdy and nice looking. They came within just a couple of days from my ordering, and are very, very well packaged. Bubble wrapped, corner protectors, film on the plexiglass. They come with two mats, so you can choose one, both, or no [email protected] at all. I needed 8 for some awards we received. They make a great statement!

Great product to hang posters in a classroom. Light frame, the plexiglass was coated to keep from scratching, and they also came with materials to hang the frames. Perfect for the intended use, thank you!

It's a good value for 6 frames. Wood is not fancy but they look fine. Came with two sizes of the white edge cutout thingies. It also came with hanging hardware. I saw the "pick" too late. My fingertips were raw from pulling up and down the tabs to access the inside.

First of all, these are the best packaged frames I've ever purchased. The quality is good in general, but exceptional when you take price into account. If you need multiple frames in the same size, these can't be beat. I would definitely order them again.

Quality product especially considering the price. Having two different mate sizes is a bonus.

These frames were the perfect size for our business licenses and community awards. I really appreciated the tool to open the tabs on the back of the frames. A real nail saver!

I like them. Although the stupid stickers were a bit annoying. When I bought them I didn’t realized it wasn’t glass but that’s ok. I am happy with the purchase. (The frame in the middle is from another store)

The frames arrived quickly and were packaged well so weren't damaged in transit. Quality seems fine. Perspex is flexible and safer than glass.However, the dimensions in the product title and description do NOT match the product! I ordered these frames because I specifically needed a larger frame with a matte opening that was 11x14 inches, which is how this was described in the title and in the written description. The dimensions in the images were slightly different though - but there was no way to contact the seller to clarify. So I hedged my bets and purchased anyway, as I hadn't been able to find a frame to suit my needs as above anywhere online or in store in Australia.Alas, the dimensions in the images are correct and the description/title is WRONG! This is NOT a 12x16 frame with 8x10 and 11x14 matte. It's a 12x16" frame with 8x10 and 8.5x11" matte!! This is not obvious in the pictures because the description printed on the packaging is obscured by the matte when the frame is packaged up.I had to spend another $60AUD on a matte bevel cutting tool to rectify - as mentioned, this was the closest frame I'd been able to find that suited my needs so a return was not an option.Buyer beware.

Delivery and quality are all good, however I purchased these frames based on the description of a 11x14” display with mat. This is not the case. The biggest display size is 8.5 x 11” with the Matt. So disappointed!
