Ehm Ultra Premium Alkaline Water Filter Pitcher - 3.8L, Activated Carbon Filter- BPA Free, Healthy, Clean, & Toxin-Free Mineralized Alkaline Water in Minutes- Up to 9.5 pH-2025

I purchased the Ehm Ultra Alkaline Water Filter Pitcher because I was advised to drink alkaline water due to LPR (silent reflux). It came sealed up and is easy to clean with no plastic taste. I fill it from my refrigerator filtered water which is located on the door so I have to remove the lid to fill it, but it's doable! It has a great opening on the lid for easy filling at the faucet. The water filters through as I'm filling it which I like, so I don't have to wait. I do not have a problem with the lid as others have said. You do have to prime the filter before use but that is with all filters I believe. Overall, it's a great water pitcher and the price was great too, compared to others. Time will tell if it helps with my LPR, it's a work in progress.

I am a physician, and have researched the value of alkaline water extensively. However, most alkaline water is only available in plastic 1 liter bottles, which makes them expensive to consume in quantity. When I learned of the EHM Ultra Premium Alkaline Water Pitcher, at such a reasonable price, I ordered it immediately. Now, my town's water supply is actually very good in it's purity and taste... or so I thought. The pitcher was easy to set up with clear directions. Right from the start I could easily taste the difference. The taste reminded me of the best of the store bought plastic bottled alkaline water, and directly comparing my tap water to this filtered water revealed the obvious superiority of using this product. Although I did not have ph paper to check for the change in alkalinity, I then smelled the tap water, and there was a definite smell of chlorine. The filtered water had no such odor, and the product states that both lead and chlorine are among the elements filtered out. The only cautions I would add is not to overfill it, as this puts pressure on the lid, causing some leakage when pouring. Also, the recommendations for filter replacement are after a certain number of liters of water filtered, or a time period. I would suggest, since it is difficult to keep up with the amount filtered as I used it for all of my drinking or cooking water, is that there be included a simple label to write on which could stick to the pitcher, and have the date of the filter installation readily visible in order to order a replacement in a timely manner. In summary, for both taste, and health (helping to neutralize our very acidic diets, which increases the absorption of important nutrients as well as a large number of medications), I have given the product a 5 star recommendation. It is well made, durable, and the filtering process is quite rapid.

I am going to be honest, I thought this wouldn't be as good as the ice mountain bottles water I buy. Well to my surprise this thing works and it works good for me, I feel it up about 2 times per day, it's just 2 of us in the house. It says it lasts 6-8 weeks depending on use. Guess what, I left my filter out and only had the one and didn't want to put it back in the fridge to drain because of fear of bacteria, until my new filters would come. Easy to clean the picture, I did it by hand not sure if it's dishwasher safe or not. I tried my old bottles I've mountain water, it IMHO tasted worse than my EHM filter water, I can't go back to the bottled water. I live in the St. Louis, Mo and they say we have some of the best water in the country, but it's horrible straight out the faucet. Our water without the filter has a terrible chlorine taste, I run it through the EHM pitcher and it's delicious. I don't know about other filters but this one for me works great 👍🏾. I recommend this water pitcher and it's cheaper than my bottled water and if not it costs about the same and tastes better. I don't have to worry about plastic contamination from the plastic bottles, or some leaking when I get them home. Just more convenient for me. It says it removes solids, lead, and other things in the water. I can't say about that, but will remove chlorine and make the water taste good for sure. Oh and it's supposed to make the water a higher PH which is a plus. I don't have a way to measure that, but I can tell the taste and it's way better than my bottled Ice Mountain water.

I’m pretty happy with my decision choosing the EHM Alkaline pitcher out of all the other gazillion alkaline pitchers! I’ve had this for about a week now and so far so good! With it being my first Alkaline pitcher I do not have a ph tester just yet so I don’t know the ph level. I found this one to be the best for me personally. I think it’s a good price for the size/ amount of water it holds. Not too big but not too small either, it’s just right! Lol. Pro- The water filters through fast!! Pro- it’s just a very nice/clean looking water pitcher in general. I use the tap water from my kitchen sink and I really wasn’t sure what to expect the first time trying it but after it filtered through, I was completely shocked at how good the water tasted! The alkaline water tasted so clear and airy if you love water then you know what I’m talking about.. Literally so refreshing! I am still able to reach my water goal daily with this pitcher but in the future I will get a much bigger one or the one that goes on my actual sink, only reason is because I do fill it up a lot during the day, everyday, but like I said, it’s perfect for now and it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. Pro- the EHM alkaline filter has calcium,magnesium,potassium that are added into the filter. Con- One thing I do wish is that it showed when to replace the filter like some other pitchers do. So with this one, I do have to remember to keep up with when I need to replace it which isn’t a problem it’s just something that would have been nice to have. Con- Before buying I did read a lot of reviews about the lid falling off, it obviously fits, it’s just not a super snug fit, so that it is true, but I just make sure I’m holding the handle with my thumb above the handle pressing forward to help secure it and that has worked! No more wasted plastic water bottles and drinking dull water.👏🏼 I appreciate the honest feedback from people on here S/O to yall for taking the time to give a personal/honest review to help someone like me before buying. Nothing worse than wasting your money or going through the hassle of returning a product which isn’t a huge deal but it’s just the point. These pitchers are great!! The water tastes so much better!

After learning about the benefits of drinking alkaline water, I decided to invest in a good water pitcher. After doing much research and comparisons, I settled on EHM. They seemed to have a more superior product across the board. The pitcher arrived promptly and was very easy to assemble. You want to snugly fit the filter into the base of the reservoir. Use a little force and make sure that it fits nearly flush to the base so that water only goes through the filter. And that's it. Honestly, I never drank the recommended 8 cups per day because I find your run-of-the-mill water tastes rather bland, flat if not a little unpleasant. (I live in the city and am subject to municipal water treatment). Surprisingly, the filtered water by EHM tastes awesome! It has a silky, smooth and round quality to it. Almost reminds me of well water. It takes out the sharp and sour notes of my normal filtered water. Very happy with it. The pitcher itself looks attractive, light in weight yet sturdily made. It is also deceptively voluminous. It doesn't look that big, yet it holds over 3 liters of water. Drink one of these a day, and you pretty much hit your daily water requirement. I had some trouble with the cap and called the company. They were very responsive and resolved my issue right away. So not only am I happy with purchase, I am pleased with the interactions I had with EHM as an organization. Overall, great product. Works well. Looks awesome. I am happy with the purchase. And I am well on my way hit my daily water intake.

Very happy with this purchase. Company sent me a ph kit and the water from the pitcher is definitely more alkaline than my tap water and Brita filter water. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with LPR but doesn't want to spend a fortune on bottled alkaline water .

After speaking with a very nice and very helpful customer service person, I am revising my review. She sent me a new filter in the mail as mine was defective. She explained that a mishap had happened with their previous manufacturer and that they thought they had replaced all of the bad ones from the old manufacturer but mine may have accidentally been looked over. After she told me this, I understood that it is not a cheap product, but instead a company doing their best to deliver a quality product that happened to have a bump in the road. I also mentioned that the screen on my lid was coming off and she was very kind and understanding and sent me a new one of those as well as the new filter. Now that I have used the new filter, I am very happy with my pitcher. It fills up quickly and efficiently, and delivers great tasting water. I received my pitcher in the mail today. I soaked the filter as the directions said, then ran water through until the water ran clear. I have been coaxing this thing along for hours now. It says sometimes the filter gets clogged and you have to tap it. I have had to literally go and tap it every 20 minutes to keep it going. The water level barely gets above the filter and I am thinking that the water pressure coming out of the filter is not enough to fill it any more (which is less than half). I'm trying to find a way to get a hold of the manufacturer to troubleshoot and find out if it is just a filter problem, but it seems they dont have a website. The water tastes okay but not like the bottled alkaline water I have been buying at the store. Needless to say, I am a little frustrated as I have been anxiously waiting for my package to arrive so that I can have great tasting and great for me water all the time, yet I am doing all of this work for less than mediocre water. As you can see in the photo, it is clogged for the 97th time today.

I was very excited to get this pitcher and try it immediately cause i never used any water filters before. This pitcher cought my attention for its ability to alkaline water. Honestly the water taste completely different from the regular water i used to drink, its more lightr and taste more pure and fresh. I haven't test it yet to see PH levels but looking forward to it.

This water jug and filter is excellent. I used it to reduce hyperacidity and along with the natural medicines I was already taking, experienced a quick improvement within a week. And the water tastes great, (unlike some filter jugs) - softer, sweeter and most importantly, less acidic! The water filters through quickly and the jug has a large capacity. One tiny thing to look out for is that the lid is not super tight - but just putting your thumb on it when pouring out is enough to solve this very minor thing. Highly recommended.

I decided to purchase this EHM water pitcher. I absolutely love it! The water is great tasting and I am encouraged to drink more water. It’s easy and convenient. Bonus the pitcher has a great design and fits perfectly in my refrigerator. Highly recommended.
