Best ever meal replacement shake.
Long before becoming vegan and more conscious of nutrition, I used to replace meals with slinfast powder and the ready prepared cans. Neither came anywhere near to satisfying hunger, infact, I shall go as far as to say they made me ravenously hungry and as a consequence, obsessed with food and when I could next eat. This could well be a ploy on the manufacturer's part, to keep the dieter reaching for the various Slimfast snacks available. So, as a vegan I began with Slimfast vitality vegan formula (I am clearly an optimist) and although it tastes good, the same was true, I was ravenous 2 and a half hours after consuming it. I was adding hemp protein powder and flax seeds and banana to it, just to feel full. Also, the bloating was seriously an issue. Enough, I thought, and tried USN's vegan meal replacement shake which was better satiety-wise and much better value at twice Slimfast amount for less money than 2 pouches of slinfast would cost.. However, I really wanted a shake that was organic and all natural which ends this protracted introduction and begins the She Shake review. It's simply the most delicious tasting drink, I have chocolate caramel flavour. It mixes perfectly in a blender with ice, is smooth and non grainy with zero chalkiness. The taste is not too sweet for me, has an earthy/peppery undercurent to it (the chicory?) and I really can say I am full until lunchtime and from then until dinner. Actually, I often skip lunch and still I don't fantasize about eating my own fist. I do however mix mine with almond milk, add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon for it's antioxidant hit and it's benefits for maintaining blood sugar levels, and 5 cubes of ice, all whizzed up in my Breville blender. On really hungry days, I add a frozen banana.Honestly, I look forward to drinking it so much and now just need to work on being less greedy and sipping rather than drinking it in just a few goes.It does give me a little bloating, but nothing unmanageable and I think by its nature, that is to be expected, and with no unplanned and inconvenient trips to the lavvie.Only tiny downside is that Amazon keep increasing the price. I first purchased at £16.00 and now it is £21; it won't stop me buying it, but it would be nice if Anazon could continue to offer it at a lower price point.Definitely give it a try fir weight loss/maintenance or just as a quick and easy to prepare meal for busy days.

Tasty
A little lumpy but very tasty. It’s not a meal replacement shake per se, I got it as a protein shake. It’s really nice, no bitterness that you usually get with vegan shakes, and if you use Alpro protein milk (chocolate or plain) it makes it even higher in protein!Does leave lumps when mixed as normal though.

Good shakes, a little sweet, a bit gendered and the quote is awful
It's been difficult to find a dairy-free and vegan meal replacement shake that tastes good and is not crazy expensive. This does all that, though I find them a little sweet when made to the 3-full-scoops as directed. So recommend for the above points but wanted to mention the bizarre gendering of a meal-replacement shake. Why "SheShake"? Men and non-binary people like meal-replacement shakes too. And the quote on the back is straight from an insensitive ad agency rather than any empowering sentiment. I have added a photo of it because it's just so bad. "The woman who DOES NOT require VALIDATION from anyone is the most feared INDIVIDUAL on the planet". Really? Is being feared what women are after? News to me. I'd rather be treated as an equal than feared by anyone. Being feared is what the patriarchy does. So, a little less fear, a little less gendering and this product would be 5 stars from me.

Over powering flavour
This is a great shake which keeps you full. I found it awful though just with water and had to add oat milk and a scoop less to make it palatable without trying to throw it down my throat in the same fashion one would angrily throw washing down the stairs after no one else has bothered to do any for a week!

Sickly
Vanilla flavour is great but this one (only one available) is horrible. No return either. Waste of money.

Yummiest shake I’ve ever tried!!
I couldn’t wait to try this meal replacement shake as I was so impressed with the fact that it being vegan, organic, non dairy and being made so close to home (as in not the USA or Asia). The taste was so yummy compared to other shakes I’ve tried before. The chocolate caramel is delicious! I like to add chia seeds for added fibre but you don’t have to. It fills me up until lunch, then lunch through to dinner. Great! The communication I’ve had from Daragh Wyldsson was superb. I had a few questions about the product and he was more than happy to help.Another thing recycled packaging! Another thumbs up.Thanks again, I will be purchasing another for sure. A****** product.

If you suffer IBS check ingredients you're sensitive to just incase
Good value for money with a very strong cocoa flavour. However, my usual meal replacement keeps me feeling more full as this is a little watery.Nice packaging and easy to make tooThis one gave me an incredibly big bloated stomach though. I was in pain and looked pregnant every day! Until I stopped using it.I'd say double check what you may be sensitive too if suffering IBS.I have since passed this on to a friend who absolutely Loves and he has no issues. Also, the correspondence I've received from the company regarding this/ my issues have been great so I'd definitely recommend it as they're keen to help and support you. The product is made with all natural ingredients too. I'd say overall worth trying but remember if you're on a low Fodmap or suffer IBS it could make you bloated. Perhaps alternate it with another to counteract this? As with all shakes, a flavour variety is good anyway.Just a thought. Thank you.
