Took 6 months, but a chronic bronchitis infection has now been gone over a decade. I take 3 at night and 3 in the morning when a cold is in the house or I feel a scratchy throat. If I do get a cold, it's gone in a few days instead of a few weeks. With the bronchitis, it was a few months to fully recover. I worship Echinacea/Goldenseal and Nature's Way is as good as it gets.

A small daily dose of Echinacea, especially during the winter season, has kept me flu and cold free for the past several years so I recommend Echinacea to anyone. The Goldenseal root enhances the natural medicinal effects of the Echinacea. I have never been dissatisfied with this product distributed by Nature's Way. Before using this supplement, it is recommended that you look up both medicinal herbs in places like Wikipedia to read the benefits as well as the cautions listed. For example "Goldenseal has an affinity for mucosa, and is cooling so should not be used if an infection is at an early stage or there are more chills than fever."
