Order 1/2 a size smaller than your usual!
The trainer comes up big, so I would order half a size smaller than your usual. I thought they were fine when I tried them on but having walked around in them, they are so uncomfortable the ridge where your arch should go makes it uneasy to walk in.

These are a nice show but the vendor is not sending the correct UK sizes out for some reason meaning your shoe is likely to be too small
