Easy to use and handy to have around for ear cleaning on first use some slight hearing came back but clogged again helped a little along with wax oil over time eventually cleared his problem he went completely deaf wax and trapped water took about a month to regain some hearing

It works
Just one or two squirts in each ear (separately ) melts the wax and runs the dirt out. Use it occasionally. Would recommend.

Satisfactory means of ear maintenance
Bought this as no longer able to obtain Audicleen. Does the job but comes in smaller quantity than Audicleen and not such good value for money. Nor is the knobbly-faced injector as pleasant in feel as Audicleen's smooth cone-shape equivalent.
