Move Over, Rover!

great kids book

My almost 3 year old granddaughter frequently asks for us to read it ... sometimes 3 times in one visit!...and we have tons of books... She also like to pretend reading it and does a good job. I think the building repetitiveness of it is so good for children...it has a rhythm to it that children enjoy. The story is cute and the illustrations are as well. If a child enjoys it as much as she does, that's a 5 star rating!

My daughter got this from the library and loved it so much that we got her her own copy for her birthday. She loves finding all the animals- especially the one that is hiding in each picture.

I ordered one for several grandchildren. The pictures are great and the story is timeless.

Gave this book to my 2 year old grandson for his birthday. He loves it and we read it many times a day. Each time he smiles when all the animals empty the doghouse because of the skunk. He knows the words now and we read it together. Wonderful pictures and story!

Great story, great pictures!

3 year old has memorized this book and "reads" it to herself all the time. Fantastic story with hilarious ending!

The art in this book is beautiful. My three year old grandson had me read this book over and over again. It is a good book particularly for the fall season when the weather turns cooler.
