Barely lights up
The right size and price for what I needed but you get what you pay for. Only 2 of each letter in black, even letters like “E” so you can’t spell out much, and where would you buy more letters for this thing? Light was dim to begin with but fine, then after the first few hours barely looks illuminated, as it remains.

Good but came broken
It does the job and works in but one of the railings wasn’t fully attached 😕 I managed to make it work but it is good for the price. Would rate it 6.5/10

Way smaller than advertised as.
I purchased this based off of photos that were used to advertise it. I should have read the actual dimensions. It's about 4" x 6". Small in comparison to photos. This is unfortunate but my daughter enjoys it and we will keep it.

It was a bit smaller than I thought but the receiver loves it. Comes with colorful letters and pictures to personalize your message.

The letters slide around loosely
The letters aren’t very tight and slide around. Not convenient.

Not worth it
This item stopped working as soon as my window for return closed. Great timing! I had it for maybe 2-3 weeks. It’s flimsy, letters start to fall off. Very cheaply made. Not happy with this product at all!!!
