I love this cookware. Its non-stick, and cleans up fast and easy. I'm even buyimg a set for my mom - no scrubbing. Very stylish. I don't know exactly what the material is, but I'm not worried about the pot getting scraped up..like Teflon used to. Its very good quality and I highly recommend.

Update! Still look new! Still non stick. Use them every day! No scratches or warping and nothing falling apart. Handles do not get loose after using multiple times on pans. Only one lid handle had come loose one time due to not putting it on tight enough the first time, user error. Easy fix! I have tested one lid in dishwasher and it didn't cause any issues, just water collected under the handle. Handle on lid did not change in color from the hot water or drying. No color change to any handles on pans or lids from normal use. Handles on the pot get a little warm when using, but not enough to burn skin or hands. Still the best set I have ever owned!Heats evenly, nothing sticks, easy to put handles on. Shipped with no damages or defects. I use these daily for all meals. Use with gas stove and i've only ever use medium to low heat (recommended in their pamphlet they send with it). I hand wash only with non-abrasive rag, and store them separately, not stacked inside each other. I only use silicone or wooden cooking utensils. I haven't had any issues with this brand of pans and skillets, lasts longer than any other brand I've used in the past and I'm still using them. I needed to replace a pot and sauce pans and this was a good price plus I trust this brand to last. I made one a minor mistake on a previous skillet of this brand, I sat the skillet handle above the flame slightly and it only discolored the handle on the under side of it where the flame got to it, it still is a good handle nothing else wrong with it, still use it. With pans place on the burner correctly, they don't get discolored.

This set is great!! I had owned the divided fry pan for several years so expected them to work just as well. They did not disappoint!! Best pot and pan set I have ever owned.They cook well and very easy to clean. They store nicely stacked up. So glad I purchased them.

These are great pots and pans. The don't feel real heavy to lift and I like that and yet the seem heavy duty. They look really nice. The issue we had was that it was not easy to put all the handles on. Doesn't seem like that should be difficult, but it was.

I bought my set a few years ago and this time I bought 2 more, one for my daughter and one for my daughter-in-law. This cookware set it easy to put together and cook with. Clean-up is by far the best! I've had many sets over the years, but this set for clean-up is remarkable. Even if food is baked on, I just let it sit for about 5 minutes and it basically wipes right off.

I am serious when I say these are the best pans! I seriously have gotten rid of all of my old pots and pans and replaced with these. Nothing sticks when cooking! The pans are perfectly sized. I won't use anything else now. And bonus, they come with wooden utensils to not ruin the pans.
