Bob's Red MillGF Chickpea Garbanzo Flour 454g

This is Pure Chickpea Flour for your baking or cooking needs. Excellent way to get more vegan protein in your diet. Highly recommened.

I like using this flour in a variety of ways (i.e. waffles, muffins, tortillas). It's versatile and the end result is great, doesn't taste like chickpeas at all. I will definitely keep as a stable in my diet and I recommend it.

Bib's Red mill is a very good brand and the product is excellent. I make a lot of foods using chickpea flour, including falafel and chickpea breads. I go through quite a lot of this quickly. Just you should know, if there is an Indian grocery store near you, you can find chickpea flour at a quarter the price per pound. The identical product is called "besan" (which may also be labeled as chickpea or garbanzo bean flour). If you don't use a lot if this, then by all means use the Bob's Red Mill, since their quality is consistently excellent. Just be aware that in an ethnic market it is available for a fraction of the price (and sourced from Canada using an Indian brand name).

Your order could arrive damaged and you may have trouble getting a replacement. When my order arrived on time went to retrieve box and noted yellow flour was on the floor, opened box and my other items were were covered in flour. Luckily I was able to clean items and they were salvageable. Have tried following directions to get replacement of flour and prompts keep leading me back to “this is a non returnable item.😢 Would like to have item replaced because I would really like to try the product and believe it to be of good quality.
