My son took this to school and all his classmates LOVED it. Maybe too much. We decided to go for a plain one for school and this one for home. He loves playing pretend while coloring or drawing. It's sturdy and can hold pencils, adult scissors, crayons, and other things. It's pretty tall so you can fit A LOT in it.
