**Q: In the ingredients it says Dextrose as 2nd ingredient...this is another form of sugar...so it is not sugar free?**
A: No it's not sugar free. Dextrose spikes insulin, so it's no good for keto or fasting. It also makes it taste very sweet.

**Q: What is the dextrose derrived from? Some companies get sneaky and use wheat sourced**
A: Fastchews do not contain wheat.

**Q: What is the shelf life of the product?**
A: Like many things you buy at the grocery store, there is an expiration date printed on the product.  My most recent purchase of this product has printed on the bottom of the bottle an expiration date of 09/2023.

**Q: Is this vegan?**
A: From their website (12/20) orange flavor has milk ingredients, but the other flavors are vegan.

They’re incredibly convenient—no mixing, no bottles and no fuss. Just chew a couple of tablets whenever you need them. The mixed berry flavour is pleasant without being overly sweet, and the tablets are easy to chew with no chalky aftertaste. I’ve found they help reduce muscle cramps and keep me feeling better hydrated during longer workouts, bike rides and physically demanding days. They’re compact enough to keep in a pocket, gym bag or backpack, making them ideal for running, cycling, hiking or any endurance activity where replacing electrolytes is important. Pros: * Quick and convenient to use * Pleasant mixed berry flavour * Helps replace electrolytes lost through sweating * Great for endurance sports and hot weather * Easy to carry anywhere * Vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free The only minor downside is that they’re a little more expensive than basic electrolyte tablets, but the convenience, taste and effectiveness make them well worth it.
