Love it!!!
This ionizer does a fantastic job of making alkaline water. We have a whole house reverse osmosis water system with a separate drinking water filter in the kitchen. I bought ph testing strips so I could monitor and see if it was working. At first the ionizer was not getting the ph up high enough. Then I noticed from the photos on Amazon that if I used reverse osmosis water, I would need a mineral cartridge. I bought the cartridge directly from the company and now I am able to reach the 9.5 ph I desire. I’m very happy with my purchase. I will say that you need to put the water in an airtight and lightproof container to maintain the selected ph. I use an insulated 2 liter beverage carafe and my insulated water bottle with a screw top lid. The ph has remained stable for a little over a day. (It may be stable longer but I consume it so I don’t check it! Lol) I highly recommend this machine. Oh, and I love the fact that it’s portable! We have an RV and spend quite a bit of time traveling. This will be super easy to take with us! Definitely a win win!

Excellent investment
What a powerhouse tool! We run our ionizer 3-4 times a day for drinking/cooking water (family of 4) which accumulates a lot of acidic water from the inner receptacle. I keep a couple of large glass jars full of acidic water to wash my hair/face and to water our plants. We mainly use a large glass container with a spigot next to our kitchen sink to store & dispense alkaline drinking/cooking water as needed. Testing with a pH meter, the stored water only loses a small bit of alkalinity (8.6 to 8.0) – after 24 hours. Keeping the water in an amber glass jar with a narrow mouth would help prevent the water from oxidizing as quickly, but we used what we had. On grocery days, we run a lot of 11.0 pH water to soak fruits and veggies (washing them first in the accumulated acidic water); it helps our produce stay fresh much longer and draws out any pests or pesticides. We keep a spray bottle of 2.4 pH water to disinfect kitchen/bath surfaces, car interiors, and our devices. Haven't used the colloidal silver water, but I'm looking forward to trying it out. After just a few weeks, I've noticed I have less acid reflux and inflammation, better digestion, clearer skin, and fewer UTI issues. Win! Totally worth the investment IMHO.

This does work however…..
It takes 12 minutes to do one pot of water with a 9.5 ph setting. You have to do two pots of water to get 1 gallon of ph positive water. That is 25 minutes per gallon. The negative water cannot be processed again to make positive water. I have no use for negative water so it gets poured down the drain. It takes 5 1/2 gallons to make 4 gallons of ph positive water. If you choose to make water that is not between 8.0 - 9.5, your desired ph water is made in the small inner container which means it would take you 5 1/2 gallons of regular water to get 1 1/2 gallons of ph desired water. When I bought this product I had every intention of making 11 ph water. But once I realized it would be made in the small inner container and take hours, I switched to the 9.5 ph setting. One other thing….if you choose to use distilled water, 1/8 teaspoon of salt must be added to a gallon of water so the water has enough minerals. I personally cannot taste the salt but as this is an issue I did not expect I thought I would mention it.

Quality product and very
I purchased this ionizer for my father. He has gastrointestinal issues and swears by keeping kid body alkaline with ionized water. He previously has a home made ionizer which worked well but it broke after a couple year of use. This machine came as described. What’s nice about it is that it’s in a stand alone picker, all the other ionizers out there appear to hook up to tap water. Not a big fan of having a gigantic machine next to my dishwasher and tap in the kitchen. The machine works as expected and we tested the water with a ph tester to verify that each level appears accurate. The water does taste smoother. The only big question I had was about the membrane filters. When removing the filter the water appears to leak very quickly after a couple uses. I contact customer support for WaterAg.I was pleasantly surprised because they answered very quickly. It appears that’s working as designed as long as there are not physical holes in the membrane they can continue to be used. They sent me some replacement filters but what really caught me off guard was the quick and pleasant response, it gave me a lot of confidence that I made the right decision in this purchase.

Good quality ionizer
I drink alkaline water for many years. Had an expensive water ionizer that broke after few years and decided to try a cheaper one.Waterag does a perfect job so far. Good taste of water and pH is accurate.I used different pH levels and this is my time results to make 2/3 of a gallon of alkaline water from my tap:8.6pH: 4 minutes9.0pH: 5 minutes9.5pH: 10 minutesFamily of 3, we run 8.6pH 2 times per day to stay hydrated.Overall: great price and quality for so many different settings and functions, easy to use, affordable filters that need to be changed time to time. Win!

This is a solid investment
My friend got me on this kind of water. She was donated a machine to start selling them. They are about 7000. I have not seen it I’m sure it hooks to water etc. however. This is 500 bucks. Still a real investment for most people. But lots cheaper. Made my first water. I can feel it. And feel it’s something to move into. But excited as I have cured lots of colds with colidial silver!!! Also friends tooth issues. Instantly. It’s fun to see a person amazed my a three day tooth such that goes away instantly. I assume this will do the same.

Not accurate
The machine does effect the ph of the water but after a few tries and trouble shooting it was always way off when measured I'd try to get a simple 6.0 ph and would end up with 3.0 instead not worth it though I hoped it would be
