I just received it yesterday and used it for the first time last night, and was blown away at how useful it is. My dog is a smush face dog, who recently became blind, and as a result, it is more difficult for him to eat and he gets his food all over the place. Often times with a regular dog bowl, he moves it around and since he is blind, loses it in a corner in the kitchen. I have special elevated dog bowls for my dog, but they don't work as well as this one because although they are elevated, they are still a typical dog bowl design, deep and one level, so it is difficult for him to get all of the food, plus they move around.With this Wetnoz bowl, my dog is able to eat all of his food easily, since it is a wide, shallow, open design. The slight slant of the bowl is particularly well suited to smush nose dogs like French Bulldogs and Boston Terriers. This bowl does not move whatsoever because it has a special stand on the bottom coated in non-slip silicone, which holds it in place on the floor. I am so thrilled with this bowl!I didn't know what size would work best for my dog, so I ordered this one, the 3 cup medium size, as well as the 5 cup large size. My dog is around 25 pounds, and this medium size is perfect for him. I also used the large bowl, which worked just as well for him, but he doesn't actually need a bowl that large. I am happy to have both sizes, but fyi for anyone deciding which size to buy, the medium is perfect for medium dogs.This is one of my best Amazon purchases in a long, long time. The bowl is exceptional for its purpose, and at a very affordable price.
