Extremely Useful Dish Rack
I am extremely HAPPY with this dish rack! There a few improvements if manufacturer can consider with this selling at $51:1. Option of color of rack is silver/stainless steel color or white so I can see the rust or dirt easily.2. The bottom tray should be slightly higher and slope toward the center so water can run to center to go out through the sprout.3. Have a silverware/knife caddy that water is going out towards the tray underneath and this means the bottom tray needed to be bigger. I am not sure why the manufacturer of dish rack refuse to make the bottom tray slightly bigger all around.4. Why have the inlet hole in each 4 corner of the bottom tray? This pool water there and possibly create mold or breed mosquitoes when pool of water found at each corner. If worry on the sturdiness not having the inlet hole, then redesign the bottom of your side bars to be more sturdier if necessary.Of course, you have many positives features that I LOVE like the bars to make the placing of pot lids easier, the ability to put many plates, the height from the bottom rack to the top rack enable me to place large pots and pans or larger items, hooks, wine glass feature etc. Please fix all the cons that I recommended and will tell F&F to get this item as it is very useful currently but could made it to top notch if what suggested are done. Also, I am not sure why there are reviewers said this unit break apart after set up. Obviously, it is not set up properly. I have the same problem at the beginning and finally, asked my husband to take a look and he readjusted for me and has since been sturdy. I put heavy pots and pans on the bottom, glass pot lids and plates on top rack and banged onto the side bars many times, the whole unit did not fall apart. For those who are struggling with this Large size unit, do read the instructions clearly and carefully on which part go into which part. I assured those of you who are in the fence of getting this due to break apart, not to believe it as I am seeing now 50% off compared to when I bought this 3 weeks ago. The cons are water pool on the bottom tray since the tray on the bottom not slope toward center to allow water to go out easily and the 4 corners of the bottom tray have a hole to hold each corner of the rack which not necessary as water that accumulated to the tray unable to go out and onto the sprout will overflow to the 4 corners. Although is minor but this means you need to remove the entire rack from the tray every now and then to make sure no water pooling there to breed mosquitoes or mold.

Truly helpful
Ita very sturdy I've had heavy cast irons on it and it held up no problem. The assembly was pretty easy I'd say the hardest part was putting the top tray on, I just sat it on the floor and held it between my knees and it popped right on. I was looking for something that actually drained and could hold more than 5 dishes at a time and I found it. It's the small details as well, the cup holder part has to horizontal bars to hold cups and at the end of the bar it is upward turned to make sure the cup is angled so it can drain. They put a lot of thought into this product.

Space saving and clean design
I’ve been looking for something along these lines for a minute because though I have a good sized kitchen, I have sparse counter space. A lot of two tiered racks were either just too tall, or too cost prohibitive. I’m glad I got this one, it works well for my needs, and I can fit a lot of stuff on it. It was a little bit of a pain to put together, but really that’s on me for being impatient and insisting I could do it myself lol. Get someone to hold the base steady when you put the top shelf on and it all locks into place. I also like the design of the drain tray, and the extra little hooks and stuff that came with this. As with really any two tier drying rack, it is a bit too tall for being under cabinets placed at standard height. But the top can be modified. I just used less of the top dividers. Which, for me was fine since those are mostly for pans and I use cast iron that would never go in a drying rack anyway! It’s a clean and efficient design. One day I’d love to have more counter space, but for now it’s made my kitchen more usable, which is exactly what I needed! It was also packaged very nicely and securely!

Fits like a glove and very functional
Product was received with every part individually wrapped and in good condition. Assembly was a breeze and straight forward...no need for screws or jump-ropes..aside from the rubber feet that you hand screw on.Surprisingly, the size was ALMOST perfect as I could not install the extra dish support racks on the top due to my low-hanging cabinets. Fortunately, I decided that they were not a necessity and I was able to accommodate with my lids and utensils. I was able to transfer all my previous dishes from my plain old white rack that was only able to hold dishes and bowls. Now I am able to dry all kinds of kitchenware as you can see from my picture. I also decided to do away with the bottom tray that re-routes the excess water to the sink since I got a microfiber mat that catches all the water.Glad I found a functional and sleek rack that doesn't cause an eye sore like my old one. One thing to note, the assembly requires tension in order to hold the pieces together so I recommend that you push the walls of the rack inwards in so that it slightly bends the metal into place. Otherwise, the inside racks may pop off at times due to the tension. Once bent, the rack structure is stable and fits like a glove.

Perfect for our kitchen
So glad I took a chance on this and purchased. It fits perfectly on the space next to our sink and the draining mechanism works pretty well. There is onelty of space for a full sink of dishes and is very sturdy. We keep a towel underneath just in case to protect the counter and that works well.

Fits perfect
This product is on costlier side but still preferred to get the good one so that it is not rusted for long as all my previous drainers got rusted quickly. I have lot of utensils to dry and keep it in the drainer itself, so this has a large room to accommodate all my items. Very easy to assemble and use, hope it lasts long without rusting. Two racks are at great height so that it fits my large dishware easily and all are detachable to clean when needed.

Not worth
Didn’t like it. Not much space. Water doesn’t drain
