It is a little shiny after application. That’s why I purchased this loose powder sunscreen. It is great to apply as a last step in my makeup routine. I apply it with a kabuki brush. I don’t even wear foundation anymore. It has many shades that are available and it gives an hint of color. Also as I am out running errands, this loose powder is great to brush on as your sunscreen reapplication step.
