I have been feeling hot and overheated due to some medicines. I recently was in hot weather and was able to try one. It worked great. I wet the towel with cold water and hung around my neck. It kept me cool and as it started to lose coolness, I just repositioned the towel as it would cool down in areas not touching my neck. It’s long enough that I can keep adjusting. I was outside for about an hour and half and was in and out of the sun - so in the shade some and directly in sun too. It kept me cooled down and I would purchase again. I was walking most of the time, so not sure how it would work if you are running, but long enough you could probably tie in place, although I didn’t try it. Hope this helpful.

These are great. My children use them for summer baseball and they work really well. The little pouch and the key ring makes a huge difference and sets this product apart from others because it's easy to attach it to a bag and find it when needed. Very satisfied.

We use these at multi day, outdoor music festivals. Even if you don’t have ice cold water to wet them with they still work great and will cool you off.

I just used one for the first time today. I followed the instructions and wrapped it around my neck to walk on the beach. It helped to keep me cool (it was 94 degrees) and it stayed cool all the way home. The individual bags and carabiners are great.

This product does not at all do what they claim, I don't care how many times you Snap it ... it does not get cold the way they claim, does it absord .... yep sure does, does it cool you down ... yep sure does but not for very long, Would I recommend or purchase again NO and NO

I purchased these cooling towels to use for theme park during the summer. These towels are lightweight and keep you cool during 90 degree weather. I have purchased these towels for family and friends as I am satisfied with how well they work.

This specific brand was recommended to me by a friend when I complained about frequently overheating. How I wish I'd known about these before!!! THEY ARE AMAZING! I have a terrible time with overheating in the summer and these make a huge difference. I match a towel colour to my outfit and they look like a simple scarf. Really good quality and the colours don't run. The handy plastic zip pouch with clip make them super handy for carrying. HUGE THUMBS UP!! They really cool you down.(In fact, after trying one of my cooling towels, my hairdresser is buying them for all the stylists in her salon to keep them cool at work in the summer.)

These cloths are perfect for the summer heat! Each comes with its own pouch and clip which are very handy when travelling as you can clip to bags. You simply wet the cloth, wring all excess water out and whip it and the result is a really cool cloth. Stays cool for a long time, when it starts to get warm, just whip it again and it’s cool all over again! Would definitely recommend
