THEY RUN LARGE TO SIZE I'M A 36 AND IT WAS ONE SIZE TO BIG FOR ME. RETURNED DUE TO SIZE.

Follow up:After a year of ordinary use, the stitching all all five pairs of these shorts has failed and pockets on 2 of the five have failed..Ordinary use was during warm months for everyday use (hiking, casual wear, etc). The stitching was really just awful. I washed on delicate cycle and stitching would still come apart in washer. End of edited update.I have ordered five pairs of these shorts (four in grey and one in black).The good:1. great design2. very good materials3. fits well and sizing is accurateThe bad:1. They are sewn together poorly. Two of the five came partially sewn in different areas (one the zipper wasn't sewn all the way and another in the right pocket).I exchanged the pair with the defective zipper. I am going to exchange the pair with the right pocket failure.The other three were fine. My plan is to order more and just keep exchanging the defective ones. If you get a properly sewn pair, they are five stars. If you don't, then you have to deal with exchanges or returns.Ideally, the manufacturer will read this review and improve quality control. I feel like five pair is a large enough sample size to suspect an assembly issue.

Quality seems good. Sizing is spot on. Thin material is great. Not heavy and they keep you cool on the hot days. My only issue with these shorts are the back pockets. When I carry my wallet, the pockets are more between the outside thigh and the butt making it feel awkward. Not centered on the cheek as others are. Other than that, I like them so far.

Too "nylony" for me. Bit tight in the crotch, so try them out, so maybe a lager size. I am a cargo short guy, even in winter, and these we great, but not my style or fit. Not the makers fault, mine. Shorts were well built and seemed very good. Probably awesome to hike in.

I really like the shorts but the stitching is awful! When I say awful I mean nearly every place where the seam ends the threads are loose, dangling some of them her coming undone upon delivery. I like the style and the fit enough I took a lighter and burned the loose ends and spent a 1/2 an hour with a needle and thread fixing the other problems. Have a strong feeling that after a couple washes that there will be more issues. It's a shame because they are really comfortable, the material feels good, dries fast, has great pocket combinations and I would like that some of the pockets have zippers unfortunately none of that really matters because of how awful the stitching is. If the stitching was done with better thread and done correctly the shorts would be worth $40 to $50 easily. Also in regards to the stitching the thread they use is thin. I don't think the thread being thin would be too much of an issue if they had they been sewn properly.BTW these shorts are sold under another name by another seller that offers them in a bunch of different colors and cost a dollar or two more but they're the same exact shorts with the same exact terrible thread and stitching.

Nice, comfortable shorts. Nice true to fit. Tear guard, kinda shiny material. Order your true size... Elastic band in the back for those holiday meal expansion.. suggested fit for me was 32... 34 is what I ordered... Nice fit... Could've gotten 32 in. Waist.. happy with look and fit.. 👍

awful fit, ni e colour. Obviously made some where desperate to get them out of the door, probably china or india. At least the dog likes its new addition to its bed! Never wore them once and striaght in there. If youre a mutant they should fit you perfectly but sadly being a human I thought theyd fit but sadly not! Save your money!

Very comfortable. Plenty of storage pockets
