I’m quite a large, menopausal woman and every single raincoat I buy makes me empathise with those boil in a bag kippers. Even if they say “hey! We’re breathable!” they are not, and even after a short walk in the park I am a sweaty old mess.This is great though because the loose design allows air in and out, you can do up the little poppers so you have sleeves, or leave them undone so you don’t and while you’re out walking your hands can be hidden underneath the fabric which will allow you to eat secret snacks. Also it folds up small despite being quite large when unfurled, so it won’t take away too much valuable room in my bag, and thus I shall be able to carry more of said secret snacks. Hooray!Fit wise, it’s very good. I am almost 6ft tall and a size 18, it’s roomy and long. I could probably wear a rucksack under it but I usually have a man to carry’s that for me so we’ll see.I haven’t been out in it yet but I have been running up and down the stairs in my house with it flapping away behind me and I look like a great big giant bat which is cool so there’s that too.

Lovely quality poncho, good fastenings and a decent sized hood. I’m 5ft 3 and very overweight and it fits with room to spare and the length is well below my knees. Because of the way it hangs it would still look right on an average size person. Add a pair of wellies to make wet trousers after rainy dog walks a thing of the past.

All of these ponchos are very, very bright. Perhaps would have preferred something a little less vivid, but overall it’s a great product and packs up just about small enough to pop in my handbag in case of need. Would have been better to have a clip with which to hang it from bag or belt though.

This is exactly what I was looking for .Now I can walk my dog hours when is raining .Highly recommend it.

Bought this for a festival. Typically it rained all day. It kept me dry for about an hour then it let water through. It was just as wet on the inside as the outside. I was soaked. Even the front pocket filled with water. My wife's did the same so it wasn't faulty one. So only good for a very short time and its not waterproof.

This is a well made, good quality material and lovely shade of blue. The problem is; I'm 5' 3'' and have a very slight frame so I'm absolutely swamped in material! I couldfit three of me with backpacks under it. I'm going to keep it to use as a changing tent on the beach.
