Great printer
I have ordered three of these in the past few months. These seem to be working very well. I haven't heard any complaing from anyone here about them.

Fancy flashing lights on junk hardware.
I bought one of these and after about a year and a half it already started to have problems jamming and missing spots. This got worse after the roller bar came out of alignment and the print head wouldn't close on the paper. The gear had to be taken out and serviced. it seemed like it was somehow poorly engineered to get in the way of the closing lid and thus needed to be narrowed just so the door would close. If that weren't enough - now the labels are coming out missing 1/4 of the ink, and that's with it on the smallest gap setting.Seriously, I got 20 year old thermal label printers with no frills that are still working fine.

Not sure if this is a good printer. Tried for 2 weeks to make it ...
Not sure if this is a good printer. Tried for 2 weeks to make it on on LAN port but none of my PC and Laptop can recognize it. Setting it to work on new interfaces USB or LAN is a nightmare. Don't recommend for anyone.
