A: Yes, you can fax from multiple locations with just one CimFAX fax server. On computer desktop. You can also receive fax by email on mobile devices. CimFAX A5 allows 5 users to fax from different desktop, of which, only the administrator does not have permission of remote login and fax. Hope this answer helps :)

**Q: can you set it to send email alerts but save the fax on a file server?**
A: Yes, you can set up forward incoming faxes to email and auto save fax on file server. Allow email notification on your phone and/or pc desktop and you'll get the alert. But it's not CimFAX that's sending the alert. It's your email app. Hope this answer helps :-)

**Q: I'm seeing nothing about connections. I would guess, and prefer, phone line & Ethernet?**
A: You need to have a hard wired ethernet connection either directly to the router or via an ethernet  switch.  You also need to connect your fax phone line into it.  No wireless.  Will only work with Windows PC.
