We looked at these machines carefully due to the differing reviews, but I can honestly say it is brilliant. It consistently makes the right size bottle at the right temperature, but it makes it in seconds. This is a life saver at night or when baby is suddenly very hungry. There are reviews that question the size of the bottles, but the instructions are very clear - it dispenses the amount of water in ml and the powder is extra, therefore the bottle will be larger. You can still know exactly what your baby is consuming by measuring it. It’s so easy to clean and even gives you a helpful reminder. I can’t recommend this machine enough. It is worth the money.

I purchased this after buying a previous one for my other grandchild. Please read reviews of other brands before you decide to purchase. The perfect prep has serious issues with mould. This one has a self cleaning function and also tells you when to remove the filter and clean. Perfect amount of milk powder and water and at the perfect temperature. Bottle is made in seconds. No more screaming baby because you need to cool a bottle down.

It’s obviously pricey in the context of alternatives but it’s worth every penny. Easy to use/clean, feeds ready in seconds, always the right temperature.Feels like you’re cheating!

I bought this machine with the purpose to make my life easier, but it has been a total nightmare to use, in fact I still haven't figure out how to use it!!Considering of much it cost I expected to be much more straightforward and easier to set up.It comes with 5 books of instructions in 5 different languages, yet you are suppose to go into their website to figure out the right setting for your specific formula type, because they couldn't simply include an extra page in their instructions, listing all formulas brands with the relative machine setting suggested...that of course would have been way too easy for costumers!!...So after spending £250 on it, I also have to drive myself crazy to log into their website and figure out this setting which I still don't know, as I am using HIpp formula (which beside being a super popular brand, the website doesn't seem to recognize although I scan the formula barcode as per their instructions!!) I've contacted their costumer service 2 days ago and still to date its radio silence, which is unacceptable!!....So basically my machine has been sitting there without being able to use it because nobody from their costumer service bother to help me with their super complicated setting system, and there are no clear instructions about it.If I knew it was so complicated I would have never purchase it.....it's pure frustration!!The Tommee Tippee one if way better and million times easier to use.Worse purchase of my life!!!

I really wanted this product to be everything it set out to be. I read a few negative reviews and felt skeptical but thought it was worth the risk as the reward (if it worked) would be so great! I also had some false optimism that the issues others had faced wouldn’t impact us - unfortunately this was short lived.The machine is lovely looking, relatively easy to put together and maintain. After the first day I was in love. By the second day, I washed and air dried the dispenser section as per the guidance. After putting it back together, I made some bottles for the day ahead. All 3 bottles had completely different liquid amounts despite the setting being the same ranging from 145-180 on the 150ml setting. As a result the amount of formula and consistency in each one was totally different. This is obviously not okay for an 8 week old baby and my understanding is that this can be very dangerous for infants who need to consume specific calories (too little water can lead to dehydration and constipation, too much water and it can cause malnutrition). I continued to try and fix this, by rewashing turning on and off etc. I continued to experiment to see if this was a one off and sadly not - every bottle was significantly different mostly with considerably too much water. I really wish this machine worked as I would happily buy it (and keep it).
