Easy to use.
This is an easy product to use. The only issue is that the on off button should be on the opposite side because you have to hold it in a few seconds to turn it on.

Best Investment Ever!
As someone who has grown up with issues from impacted ears from wax, this thing is AMAZING. I have always used the manual syringes, which could take a long time and got tiring quickly, but this thing cleared my ears in probably less than 2 minutes and on the low speed. Super easy to use and understand and was 100% worth the money. I’m so glad I bought this when I saw it!

Ears feel cleaner and hearing improved!
I purchased this today at CVS with a nice coupon and some other rewards saved in my app. I did not pay the full price and got a very good discount in this.I have "wet wax" and my boyfriend gets the typical wax and has had to see the doctor to get his ears irrigated before but the last few weeks I noticed my left ear was bothering me. I could hear a crunching noise and a grinding. My boyfriend having issues with compacting forced us to look into getting something and now here we are. We charged this today and just got done using it. I was terrified to blow water in my ear but all in all the experience was actually pretty pleasant and although I thought the noise I was hearing was some kind of wax what actually came out was this long black hair. Almost like a dog hair. I may have pushed it inside of my ear using a qtip not sure but it came right out. My boyfriends ears were pretty clean but we both did get out some residue and are feeling like we can hear better and feel cleaner now. There are cheaper options available but I of course went with this because of the discount. I'd recommend!

Although CVS sells it, they don’t recommend it.
I bought this on Amazon because it was cheaper than CVS. Come to find out, MinuteClinic at CVS does not recommend this product because you cannot “see” what you are doing vs them doing a cleaning. You could hurt your eardrum. It is now a paperweight on its way to recycle

Nausea from using it.
To be clear, I did read the instruction manual, what little there was. In the instruction it is stated to not use water too hot or too cold as doing so would lead to nausea, fair enough warm water. But even with warm water, I experienced nausea for two hours after use. On top of that, the ear wax didn't even come out. I had to have help picking it out.I'm sure the medicine provided softened up the ear wax. But I've used other generic products that require the aid of someone else. Also generally cumbersome to use. Needing to charge with USB and needing to press and hold the power button to turn on and off made it cumbersome to shut it off especially when water is blasting into your ears. The pan provided also does nothing to stop the water from dripping onto your sleeves.

Breaks easily, low quality
The media could not be loaded. I used it once before it broke and it was fine but nothing special it just squirts water in your ears. What's not fine is after following the simple instructions and storing it for a few months it doesn't work anymore. 80 dollars for one sub par use, absolutely not cost efficient. Just use anything else even q-tips and see a doc if your having actual build up or ear problems, you will save money.
