Poor quality
This product is totally deferent from what is shown in Amazon. The color is mot gold and the quality is not that good. Price is so expensive with what I have got delivered

False Advertising, Not Soft Close
Will absolutely be returning this. Waste of time and money (the time is more irritating, I'm happy to pay for the feature set, but this seller seems to be banking on people not wanting to go through the hassle of a return). Claiming this is soft close is false advertising. There is no spring nor gas piston mechanism that makes it fair to say this is soft close.Even if you try to let the foot lever down softly it still makes a very loud clanging sound.
