New - Scentsy Diffuser - Reflect

Received product and the glass had been broken and glued back together. Also the light feature did not work. Very disappointed. Nothing was disclosed on product details about it being a used diffuser or that it was damaged.

Work fine better than less expensive differs

I paid 165.00 for a shade. In the box was literally only the glass shade. That was it. I know nothing about these as it was a christmas present for my girlfriend who asked for it.When she opened the box and discovered it was just a shade she was more confused than me.

I love this diffuser! It is so beautiful and works really well! The light feature with different colors makes this so much more beautiful!

I love my diffuser! I use it in color change mode, and enjoy different scents!
