I just wish other vitamin companies would take note and stop adding these sweeteners to our vitamins. If we want sweets we can go elsewhere, we just need straight forward vitamins for our every day health. Anyway, enough of my rant and back to the multivitamin review. The tablets are quite large, but are easily swallowed and don't leave you feeling drowsy. I find that they gave me energy to face the day and kept my stomach calm.
