CURLS UNLEASHED Colour Blast Temporary Hair Makeup Wax - Bodacious Blue

This is fun, quality product to use on my Afro. It's easy to apply and to wash out after a day or many (3-6). I use a bonnet at night to stop colour transfer to pillow case - and to protect my hair. Some colours are better than others - the gold one doesn't pop unless you seriously over-apply the wax, but this Bodacious Blue is really bright and has about 8 applications on a short afro.

This hair wax is so fun, but a bit messy, so yes gloves/let dry all the way. Works great on jet black hair like mine and makes the curls pop! My only gripe is that it makes the hair kind of hard/crunchy but they even say on the package adding some conditioner or hair lotion before the wax makes it softer! It kind of smells like cologne at first but it's too bad! Give it a try if you don't want to commit to a new color or want to see how it would look if you had!

The color is nice abd rich. This product is easy to use. It does enhance curls and moisturizes your hair. Yes when they say temporay they mean it.

Great product and intense color depending on the light. I purchase the dragon fruit shade which looked more like purple but I expected that since I have very dark almost black hair. The wax helped define my curls but dries very crunchy. On the positive my curls have been set and no frizz even after 3 days. The product stained my tshirt while it was wet and there is some flaking when dry. Overall the positive outweigh the negatives.

Fun color! I have 4B hair type. My hair color is off black. The wax created summer honey blonde highlights. The wax leaves your hair feeling dry. Beware, this product has silicone so do not use if you are afraid of silicone. For those who chose to use the product, wash out with a clarifying shampoo and DEEP CONDITION.
