Is the soy sourced from the USA?

The packaging says it's made in the USA but can't say where the soy is sourced from. I would contact the manufacturer for that question.

Is it ok to heat less time in the microwave? 5 minutes makes it difficult to chew.

If you use the microwave, it will heat up the product, but not soften it very much. It does not require a lot of cooking, but 10 or 15 minutes on the stovetop works better than the microwave.

We didn’t care for the product after all. Not a great texture. We purchased Butler soy curls now
