Far better than OEM pad.
I have the Vision Trimax carbon aerobar. I have two issues with the OEM elbow pads. First they get slippery when soaked with sweat which takes about 30-45 minutes. Then at about an hour, I’ve been having numbness in my upper right arm. I figured both would be improved if I could get a thicker pad with a surface similar to my Profile Carbon X style pads that I had used for the last 10 years. Of the few options available, I thought these would be the best solution and I was right. I am so thankful that these pads are made to fit my new $800 aerobar!

Super comfortable for half ironman
My stock aerobar pads were bruising my arms on long rides. After reading the reviews, I got these and they made my riding much more comfortable!
