Started taking almost 2 years ago. I am someone who often did not sleep well through the night due to tossing and turning. I usually take my vitamins at night & this was no exception. By third night I was sleeping solidly through the night. When I don't take it tossing/turning returns. This has been my personal experience. I’m giving this 4 stars because I have been buying this from form for years. Excellent quality but the last two purchases I have had a short count on the pills inside. They are 60 count and one had 45 and the other had 51

I’ve been taking this brand of Orzax Black Seed Oil for a couple of years now. It has worked great on boosting my immune system so I rarely get sick even when others around me are! It also helps lowering my cholesterol which has kept me from taking medicine for that! It’s a great product!
