Box was dirty and scuffed looked like a return
The box the throttle add-on came in was all dirty and scuffed, looked like a return, being a white presentation storage box it should have never looked like it had been kicked around a warehouse for a week. the product is ok, but not happy paying full price for a customer return. Last time IOrder a product shipped from the USA

Very well built.
Really good product, works well with some but not all Aircraft, software updates should solve these problems.Be prepared to adjust to your preferences, which is the same for any hardware/ software additions.
