Excellent Product for Consistent Turkish Coffee
An excellent product for a consistent cup of turkish coffee with a lebanese flavor. It has three types of capsules: with cadamon, without and decaf. This makes it suitable for all tastes. It can also produce a coffee cup with or without the upper layer called Kashwa. It is very easy to operate and only has two buttons.

The heating plate is not water proof!
Don't buy this item, poor quality heating plate, after couple of months use the water rusted all the components in the heating plate and let rust into the coffee we drank. Low quality no proper waterproofing.

several problems
Water is spilling out and the coffee cartridge is not engaging so only cold water is poured ! many issues although when it works with several times trying, then you can enjoy the coffee !!

Requires a little bit of a setup before first use (autocleaning sequence and cleaning the inside mug) then worls perfectly.
