Don't buy this!
It worked for a few months, then it stopped charging my phone. Actually it didn't just stop charging it, it actually discharged the battery when I plug it in! Additionally, I developed an echo that makes using the handset unbearable to whomever I am speaking with. I can either put it on speaker and lose all privacy or make sure I always have a headset with me.

Just what I needed
Exactly what I needed. My old charging port wouldn't charge at all to the point the only way to charge was on wireless charging (such an inconvenience) it killed my battery, which I replaced also (might as well since you have to remove the battery to replace the ribbon) It was easy to install and i am not a professional.

Worked for a bit
Not too bad to install, but like others said, the thrill of a now working USB port was short lived. About 2 months later back to wireless chargers. Also, after installing all phone calls I received were reporting an echo back of their own voice. Opened the phone up to check everything and all looked good. Echoing persisted. Alas, this is the end of the road for my V60. Godspeed little doodle.

Lasted 10 days Junk
Looked like a nice part. Worked as expected for a new part for maybe 3 days. Started having same issues as the original worn out usb port. Thought it was wonky cable even though worked perfectly on my Samsung work phone. New cable worked for a day or two, than by the 10th day no matter what cord I used couldn't get it to charge at all
