My granddaughter learned to potty train at 21mos and we have used this from the beginning. The seat is soft, and the stepladder makes it easy for her to get up and down. She is very petite (only in the 1st percentile for height) but she can already go potty on her own using this. I like that I don’t have to dump the bowl out like with those other little toddler toilets.

I like that it’s easy to fold and sturdy. However, there is a safety concern as sometimes, when my daughter goes up and sit in the toilet, the toilet seat moves sideways. It also has a tendency to slip when she’s all done and about to go down.

I would have given this 5 stars, but it’s not really adjustable, so it doesn’t fit as well as it needs to. But overall it was a good purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  So far this step stool potty has been great. Easy to assemble, light weight, easy to fold and take out again. Our toilet is apparently a high toilet (17-18inches in height) it was hard for my kiddo to use it when we started potty training him. Now, he loves the potty with the step seat. Soft cushion for his bottom and handles to grab onto when he turns around. It’s not heavy duty. But for the price point I think it’s great and it works for us. Splash guard is good too. I know people complain about too small a splash guard but this one seems good to me. Big enough to block most pee incidents but small enough so its still comfortable. Boring colors though obviously. Overall happy with the usage!

Easy assembly and easy for my daughter to use!

I am always the kind of person to make something work. I’m making this work, no thanks to whoever designed this seat. It looks great at first - it is height adjustable and goes together easily. Then my son peed sitting on it. There’s no lip on the bottom of the seat - if pee hits the little pee guard, it literally just drips onto the toilet seat underneath and goes all over the floor and steps. It’s literally worse than sitting straight on the toilet. So I bolted a piece of a plastic bottle onto it to direct the pee into the toilet. Crisis averted, but as time went on, the repeated folding and unfolding loosened the plastic bolts that hold the whole thing together. I get it was designed to come apart to adjust the height but every single bolt loosens the first use after tightening. If this seat was going to just sit on an extra toilet just for a little girl, this seat is great. Or if you like gluing things together, making your own pee guard, have a bunch of spare hardware in your house, this is the seat for you. Otherwise keep looking!
