[Update] Mel and the UNCN team were incredible and provided me a replacement just days after the original product burst. I have had the replacement product now for 3 weeks using constantly every day due to a pinched nerve in my neck. I couldn't recommend the product more, compared to the other options on Amazon, this covers a larger surface area and the handles are also made of soft material. If you are looking for a heated bean bag, and if any issues do arrise, the company really cares for its customers and is responsive so 100% go for it. ------- [Original post] Item arrived well packaged, is soft and comfortable. Used the item 4 or 5 times on the first day, and while it is not as effective as a hot water bottle, is far more convenient and offers comparable heating and a lovely wrap around the neck. The handles are also a nice touch. Sadly the item burst in the microwave upon the 5th or 6th use so had to return the item.

Bought for brother in law in carehome, he is quite big and fit around his neck like a treat, very well made, does the trick.

Received product yesterday & Having read reviews I was unsure about ordering but I have found it very successful for me. Yes, it is quite heavy but not so much that is uncomfortable & helps keep it in place. find the length good & heat retention good. Neck is already feeling better.

The length is just right for shoulder or neck wrap, and the materials is soft and non-slip. Stays warm for a long time so you get the heat benefit. Excellent

Was looking for something that would help ease neck pain / stiffness. Many advertised products look more like a cape and the reviews suggest only the shoulder parts heat up; not the neck part. And so I was attracted to this item, though I would have preferred an electric-powered device. However, when it arrived I was disappointed. It is quite heavy but, perhaps more importantly, it is too wide to comfortably rest against one's neck. The image supplied suggests it is long and narrow. Long enough - yes, but unless your head is a foot above your shoulders, this item won't fit. And so that's another item to go in the cupboard, unused. Why can't someone produce a simple neck-warmer? I searched for ages and this was the best I could find. Ideal perhaps for lumbar pain, but useless for use on the neck.

When I first bought this it was very comfortable and worked well. I didn't need to use it often but after a few uses when I removed it from the microwave the beads were falling out as it had melted. I hadn't done anything different to the other times that I had heated it. That was a few months ago and I just considered perhaps it was a one off and maybe I'll buy it again, but I can see from other reviews that other people have had the same problem. I kept it intending to ask for a refund, but I never did. This is not a safe product and I'm surprised that amazon is still selling it.

Extra length with handles really helpful-heat capacity good holds warmth for a long period-material soft comfortable-overall excellent product at a reasonable price.Bought for my husband who has difficulty in Hindi g or moving heat pads but with the handles he finds this a great help.

It reaks with smell that took 3 days for smell to go away from my home. Keep away

Only issue is that the seeds move around too much to make the heat uniform. Not a major problem.

Love this neck wrap. Heats up fast and stays warm about 20 minutes. So soft and not too heavy so it’s comfortable to wear.

It does its job well. Quality is good. Keeps warm for 30 minutes. Easy and convenient to use.

This is a great heat pad. It's good quality, super soft and comfortable. I warm mine for 1.5 - 1.75 minutes in the microwave. It stays warm for about 10-15 minutes. Very happy with the next day delivery!
