Q: My pvc pipe is 1.25 inches thick , can it fit in on this one?

It will be very close. I just measured the channel to be 1 7/8" wide and 1 1/4 tall at the ends. If your pipe is 1.25" O.D. max, it should fit but the flap may bulge in places.

Unlikely, it barely fits a garden hose within the channel without it being pushed up some

No mounting holes that I can see, but you could always drill a few in the channel and countersink them for more clearance. Have tools, will travel!
