Worked well

I’ve been using Isagenix off and on since around 2006! Used to do the whole program with the shakes but Cleanse for Life remains my secret go-to move for when I need to drop some lbs for an event to fit into a dress or kick start a diet. I don’t know if it’s snake oil and I don’t really care lol. All I know is that it works awesomely and you will drop some weight over 2 days of deep cleansing. If you did 5 days of healthy eating and calorie restriction sandwiched by 2 days of deep cleansing on either side, you can lose like 10-12 pounds, I’ve done it before. Best case scenario is that this stuff actually “cleanses”, worst (probable? Lol) case is that it has no real health benefits and just gives us enough vitamin B to take the edge off of a 2 day fast and giving your body a break from food. It also makes my skin GLOW. Here’s my little deep cleanse recipe for helping it go down easy and getting the most energy: 4 ounces cleanse for life + 1 ounce ionix supreme (v important) + water + tons of ice cubes + juice of 1/2 a lemon. The product arrived on time but it is horrible to drink not impressed tried twice it will be poured down the sink probably made me feel sick
